Dear Families,

We received notfication that there is a positive Covid Case In Prep/1.

This child was not at school yesterday and we are unsure whether they were infectious on Tuesday.

Classroom contacts are NOT considered close contacts so there is no requirement for anyone to isolate at home.

We do recommend that parents monitor their children for symptoms and continue with twice weekly Rapid Antigen Testing.

If your child appears unwell at all, please keep them home. Remember to advise the school if your child does test positive and register the result on the government website.

We want to assure parents that your child's classroom is well ventilated with an air purifier in operation at all times. Masks are not mandatory in P-2, but your child is more than welcome to wear a mask in their classroom as an extra preventative measure.
